Update by user Sep 25, 2020 They are now due to come tomorrow (2 days after original appointment) Original review posted by user Sep 25, 2020 Aes were contracted by Octopus Energy to fit our Smart meter. The time slot was 12-4pm. At 3.50pm we were contacted to say that the engineer would be with us by 4.45. At 5.15 I rang, to be told he would be with us at 6.15pm. At 6.40 I rang and the office had closed, and no sign of the engineer. The poor review is for a) lack of information, and b) lack of apology.
