Misrepresented my offer on a property

Jaco Pollard is the agent I contacted with regards a property in St Francis, Eastern Cape, South Africa. I put in an offer on a property, have email confirmation that he says the seller accepted, there were conditions that needed to be met from the seller, I have numerous messages with regards this. I have now got a whatsapp message from the agent who has informed me that the seller accepted another offer?
