Sales person said toyocare would cover oil change and maintenance every 5000. Said that i would have 4 oil changes during my coverage. Brought it in for 5000 maintenance, they said essentially it only covers a tire rotation. The car says "Oil Maintenance Required", the manual recommends an oil change if you have been towing, which we have been. The service department continues to say, no i don't need an oil change before 10,000 miles. If i insisted on the oil change, i could use the 10000 oil change, but then i am forfeiting my 5000 service!! Seriously?!?! Crap for customer service. User's recommendation: Dont buy toyocare.
