Misleading solicitation of membership

I am really upset to the bad experience with the way of doing business of JustAnswer Mechanics. It seems to be that this is their Modus Operandi, just misleading people hiding or placing in the least visible place of their website, their warning that the caller has been trial connected and has 7 days to cancel. It just happened to me. I do not remember having seen such warning and After my initial contact on August 2, I was charged $50.00 twice on my credit card account, the first one on Aug 12 and the second on Sept.13. I talked to their Customer service and explained my case I requested a refund but the best solution I got was the cancellation of the unsolicited membership starting on October 7, 2021. Justanswer must change this misleading approach to survive as a honest business. Best Regards, Carlos Montalvan
