Misleading payment process

I was unable to pay for my order after trying two different cards from two different banks. I have made numerous attempts to pay for my order with no success. The transactions were continuously declined even though I had sufficient funds in BOTH of my bank accounts. I contacted my bank and was informed that there was no problem at all as I was able to conduct transactions from other online retailers. It was discovered that the problem was with DH Gate and not my banking institutions. Very unpleasant experience. Order NO:[protected]
