Misleading images,incompetent customer support

I bought 1 TV unit,which is as per the. Images and product description clearly accomodate 40 inch TV.but we found that our 40 inch samsung TV can not be fit in this TV unit.i hv send images and requested for return this TV unit .from there customer support they email it can not be accepted.no solution
