I contracted with Neil Construction Inc. and paid him a down payment on June 3rd. Neil was supposed to file for a permit and kept noting that the Hudson city zoning department had not communicated with him. Now, two months later, I was forced to call the zoning department where they mentioned that he was asked to file for a permit on June 4th but he never did. Neil construction deliberately misled me and has cost me time and uncertainty while nothing has been done. I am being forced to consider legal action against the company.
