Misleading content, Poor quality of service

I am disputing the YuppTV charges. I have reached out to the merchant several times and filed complaints over the last 2 months since the service started. 1. Ads slow our our service and despite the merchant’s assurances,C they don’t remove the ads. They have the screenshots and I have acknowledgements Complaint reference number is 1283707. This was for ads. YuppTV’s response is they could only manage to remove some ads. “We are sorry but we have an option to remove only the pre-roll ads only” – YuppTV support team 2. As a related issue, the speed of service is very slow due to ads and almost impossible to watch streaming TV. I even bought a new modem recently, but Xfinity and the modem manufacturer confirmed speed tests 3. As an example: YuppTV said several times that they received our tickets and complaints and acknowledged issues in their service. As an example, we lost 3 days of service. Complaint reference ID: 214777. We have to constantly call and complaint and they always request 5 days to resolve issues, so the service has never been satisfactory. 4. Lastly, the merchant is streaming content below not related to the program on their list (screenshot below). Reference number: 224194 They say we have signed a contract and cannot get out. I see no other option, but to request a full refund for this fradulent service. Kindly help.
