I went online to USPassport123 and started the process, they have you input your card information and give 3 lines of what you'll be charged for, one of them being a $50.00 cancellation fee, which led me to believe I could cancel at any time and lose only $50.00. Unfortunately after I emailed them I wanted to cancel the service and please return the other $79.00 I was charged I received a phone call from Angel at USPassport123 this morning and she asked why I wanted to cancel and I said this was my first passport and my neighbor said to just go to the courthouse which I did and Angel said "you had a 24 hour, 1 business day to cancel, you won't be getting a refund" and I thought for certain she was mistaken and I looked through everything and there on the THIRD page of the INSTRUCTIONS on what to do to obtain your passport in no special font or exclamation point whatsoever is their cancellation policy, buried in the Instructions on Page 3! UGH, I feel duped!
