Misleading BPA FREE

regarding quick flip go bottle 24 oz for hot /cold. One of the features listed BPA free - under the gray plastic cap in triangle is the number 7 "other" . From what I've read this is to be avoided due to leaking of heat, age, and acidic foods...well like coffee . wow. This concerns me. Please advise for I don't feel this safe to drink from the plastic . I ordered this item online from Target
