Misleading and disappointing

Update by user Mar 12, 2018 UPDATE: 3.12.18 NO, my issue has not yet been resolved. They DID send me the tilt wands, BUT they did not send enough - only 15 for my 18 blinds. Additionally, two of the valences are falling off - they attach magnetically, and I was told on February 21st that they would overnight me the missing wands and replacement valances. A week later, I received the wands (NOT overnighted, but shipped via ground), and I still have yet to receive the valences. This company is horrendously disappointing. If you say you are going to do something, DO IT. What a complete and total failure. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and buy blinds from ANYONE else. Original review posted by user Feb 04, 2018 Below is the email I sent to customer service. Do not get sucked into their 'sale prices' because the sale never ends, and the actual regular price of their product IS the sale price. Wish I had simply spent twice as much to get the LEVOLOR blinds I fell in love with in the first place. Hello - I received the samples that were sent, and the blinds were made as ordered; there was not a mistake made in production. HOWEVER, I must admit that overall I am very disappointed with the experience. 1) Color selected - while I will take responsibility for not order samples prior to placing the actual order, it was because I felt extremely rushed to place my order due to the countdown timer telling me how long I had before the sale was over. In retrospect, I now realize two things: One, that when you order samples, you are assured you will get the sale offered at that time (this however is NOT made known very readily throughout the site however, until AFTER you place the sample order). And two, that I was unaware that as soon as one sale ended, another sale that rather similar to the one that just ended, would be offered. I fell victim to both your FOMO marketing ploy (fear of missing out), as well as the fallacy that your blinds were ever or have ever been sold at anywhere near their 'full list price' - when you have a sale EVERY DAY that is "40% off", plus something else, whether it be BOGO, and additional percentage off, etc - I am rather confident no one has ever paid your full price on anything, and I was sucked into your "must act now before the sale is over" mentality, when the reality is that the products' full price is essentially a minimum of 40% off what you claim the full price to be. 2) None of the blinds included the wands for the tilt mechanism. I don't even know what to say about that. Is that an additional charge> If so, I do not recall that being explained anywhere. 3) Customer service - your on-hold voiceover tells you repeatedly that your estimated wait time is "less than two minutes" - only to spend 25+ minutes on hold before finally being dropped into a voicemail. Absolutely absurd. DO NOT tell me my estimated wait time is less than two minutes, if it is going to actually be indefinite. That's just insulting. 4) Quality - in retrospect, I guess the quality is exactly what I paid for - not a good deal at all, but just 'cheap' - because the fit and finish is lacking. Some of the end caos on the bottom rails are not properly seated, and there are 'scuff' marks on some of the valences. Overall, I wish I had spent twice as much to get better quality and a color I actually loved from another vendor. Buyer beware; I was tricked by the promise of a 'good deal', and all I've gotten is disappointment and frustration. AT THE VERY LEAST, you need to make it clear to your customers that your sales are EXTREMELY misleading and, in fact, never end - they just change slightly - and that you can "lock your sale in" by ordering samples, so you don't end up with blinds that look mediocre in a color you really do not care for. I expect to be sent the tilt wands for all of my blinds and I will be making my disappointments known via various review sites.
