We were wanting to swap our week with Seasons Holidays for a 2-week holiday in Cyprus, in 2011, having been given a free membership of Interval through Seasons for 1 year. I was told by Interval back in Feb that there were no weeks available in Cyprus, and that I should have booked at the end of the previous year (2010). I was then charged for my membership of Interval for the next 3 years. At the end of July I decided to book for my 2012 holiday in Cyprus, and found that there were only weeks available for this year! (2011). The man I spoke to said yes, I had been misinformed, but didn't seem to care less! I know our membership for this year WAS free, but I feel cheated, as this was a part of the reason for us buying the timeshare. I also didn't like the way the price for next year's membership kept going up, so that I felt forced into paying before it went up again! I feel that we should be reimbursed for a year's membership.
