Third party finance company, 3rd party billing separate from Vivint billing. I am a current customer have been for 8 years, not cool. I am very disappointed I felt I was lied to, I thought I was going to be dealing with Vivint and not some other finance company that I did not want, and it will not happen again. User's recommendation: Beware of the credit check, it involves a third party finance company, that they don't tell you about, and its an additional bill.
