I brought my 3 year old in for stomach pains to the children's pediatric clinic in MONROE. The doctor came to the conclusion that she had double pink eye. Myself as a parent felt like how double pink eye and stomach pain could be related but I am no doctor. We left with a prescription and went on our way. Being a concerned parent I felt as if I should go to my daughter primary pediatric doctor the next morning. During this visit I was informed that my daughter didn't have double pink eye and was told to stop giving the prescribed eye drops immediately. 1 week later I receive and bill in the mail for 153.30 for misdiagnosed problem. Not to mention the prescription that was brought and not used. When I called and asked about being responsible for bill for something misdiagnosed I was given no answer other we will get back with you shortly. Its been over a week and I've called multiple times and can not get and resolution. I would never recommend this medical practice to anyone. Not only did they misdiagnose my 3 year old but I can not even get someone on the phone to tell answer my question.
