Misdelivered package

The tracking number provided by eBedding shows my package delivered to an address in another state. I called the companys customer service number and get a message that you have to email them with any issues, which I did. If you press 0 during the call, you can leave a voicemail, which I did. If I don't receive a return call or email within two business days, I will file a claim with my bank to have the charge reversed. There is absolutely no way to speak with a live individual. User's recommendation: My recommendation will be pending company’s response.
