on this day Dec. 30, 2020, at about 12noon. I and my senior citizen parents decided to dine in at chowking Gaisano Capital south cebu city branch, when I ask the crew whom i thought she is to clean up the messy chair so that my parents can set while i line up at the counter for ordering. Surprisingly the girl did not mind my request, so i ask again. But she asked me back in a hypocrite voice " YOU ASK ME TO CLEAN IT UP?" and i said yes why is there any problem of my request?. Then, she said boastfully "I'AM THE MANANGER" her name is JUVELYN DEL ROSARIO I as a customer dont mind if she is a manager, what i want to is to respond on my request in a polite way because this is a customer oriented company. she can properly acknowledge my request and ask someone to clean it up if she is properly, effectively and efficiently capable of doing her responsibilities. nevertheless, we still dine at the store but for me, she needs to be properly train for she is not good as a Manager. Hope you could have her charge some disciplinary action of her misconduct towards a customer. I am a patronizer and a frequent customer of jollibee food products especially chowking because i just leave near the city area.
