Miscommunication, misinformation

2

My 2017 Dodge Durango has paint peeling in the interior seams of the trunk. Yes, interior, meaning it lives the majority of its life shut. Not weathered, not damaged, clearly a defect when it was painted. Not that it is bubbling and cracking the paint. But after months of run-around, told to call myself, told that dealership has to call after taking photos, told no take it to a different dealership that has a body shop, but it didn't. After being told that paint is covered by corrosion, after being told there is no time/age or mileage on paint. After talking to a dozen different people, no one giving me a clear answer as to "why" it was denied. Why it was being passed on to someone else, who the someone else, why this was taking so long. Months of jumping through hoops my interior paint problem is just that, my problem. LAME. Then they sill call to see if they can set up my appointment at some body shop they pick. NO THANK YOU. User's recommendation: Don't bother with customer care, they don't care.
