I pay on time, before time and extra. I paid an extra payment and money that should have been allocated to my principle. I call them and tell them to apply a payment to the principle and they take interest from it...I tell them to send me the clause of the contract in which they handle your interest in that manner and the rep doesn't have a clue...I'm seeking an attorney User's recommendation: Use Capitol One..Don't Use Exeter and I always pay early.
