MIS-INFORMATION //LIES //

Loan modification in process, payments all made, letter of approval, documents returned to lender... 5 days later letter of denial. They want to restart the modification process. Can not get a straight answer from anyone at the company..transfered to 5 individuals, all with a different story. Will not give you any answers, only well it may be..... User's recommendation: Stay Away !!!!
