Minor child plane delayed with no explanation or much needed information

Expected teenage daughter on a flight from LAS to DFW July 24, 2020, at 11:59pm. Was notified by my daughter there was a medical emergency landing in Albuquerque, NM and her arrival has been delayed. I called numerous times to Spirits Customer Service been transferred to non-working numbers, disconnected several times, currently on hold again for more than 20 minutes, checked Spirits flight status online flight shows arriving on time. My daughter has boarded a plane and is now exiting that plane to board another plane and still, I have no more information than I had before. How can any business dealing with customer service in any way work in this manner? Its one thing charging for everything including a seat after already purchasing airline tickets but also paying for carry on bags which is just as baffling as the extra money for a seat on a plane that doesn't offer standing as an option. But to be a parent now kept in the loop via phone, email, text or at the very least an update on their own website is absolutely unacceptable and is a true injustice to the child and the parent. We teach our children to be held accountable, but we pay for a service at a very unreasonable rate to be left in the dark and that's not ok! Please reconsider your way of doing business and let me know where my daughter is and when will she arrive safely to me. STILL ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!! I only giving a rating of a 1 because there isnt anything lower. Finally got a Spirit employee however she argued with me insisting the plane landed and my daughter was on it. She did give me the number to DFW Airport Operations where I spoke to ERIC. Eric not only confirmed the plane was diverted to Albuquerque but it was still on the ground until further notice. Eric took the time to try a locate Spirit employees via phone hoping to obtain vital information to my daughters well being. THANK YOU ERIC and I will be notifying your supervisor of your outstanding customer service and your patience with a mom who is worried sick and has no means of getting the proper and much necessary information ensuring the safety of my daughter. User's recommendation: Fly American NOT Spirit.
