If I am not n grocery shopping but need milk, I would generally run into Dollar General and grab a gallon of 2%. At least five times that I have purchased it, there is a strange after taste to it. It's not a spoiled taste (believe me, I know what that tastes like) it's almost chalky tasting? I then starting buying the gallons of whole milk and they have been fine. My last purchase, the gallons were gone so I grabbed a half gallon of whole milk and it has the same nasty taste. I will not purchase Clover Valley products again. Also, it leave a strange residue in a glass and if left in a glass overnight, will solidify to something thicker than yogurt. Is this crap produced in a lab? Is this the latest project of Bill Gates?
