Been dealing with Mike Thompson for two years now. We bring in our RV to be repaired they keep it there for weeks and somtimes months. We get it home and the problems that we took in are still not working. No one answers the phone there, they dont return your calls etc. They lie about parts being ordered or waiting on paper work when they have done nothing. The sales men lie through their teeth and then after you buy it. No one will help to getting a problem fixed. They are rude and could care less about you or your motor home.
