I ordered a window switch for a VW Beetle convertible and received a regular VW Beetle switch. When I asked to return it for the correct switch, the owner was both arrogant and rude, indicating that he gave me the right switch and the replacement switch would cost more. When I offered to return the incorrect part and pay the difference, the owner would not accept the return because they have a NO RETURN POLICY. If you look up the facility on the Internet, you might expect to see three guys with a banjo with a total of 4 teeth between them all. VERY POOR business practices. I wouldn't buy a tire valve cap from them.
