I USED THIS MICROWAVE FOR 3 1/2 MONTHS AND NOW IT DOES NOT WORK .. I CALLED THE NUMBER FOR THE WARRANTY AND THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL ASKING FOR VIDEOS AND PICTURES WHICH AS I DO NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE CANNOT PROVIDE. SO I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS INFORMED THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD REALIZE ON MY WARRANTY. WHAT A BUNCH OF *** User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY RCA PRODUCTS.
