Microwave doesn’t work properly
Update by user Oct 20, 2020 (Lost my original update - ?)I did finally get ahold of Hamilton Beach. They instructed me to send them the 3-pronged plug from the microwave, the information sticker peeled from the back of the oven, and the dated receipt. I think I mailed the package to them about September 20th. They said I should receive a check for the full amount in 6-8 weeks.Thank you, Pissed Consumer, for checking up on this issue! For example: When in Thaw mode, it cooks a pound of hamburger on the bottom, while the top remains frozen; When warming a stick of butter, it melts one end, and no matter how I turn the butter, it still just melts one end; When warming up a sandwich, one side will get hot while the other side remains cold - again, no matter how I position the sandwich on the carousel. Purchased at Walmart 12-4-2019. Called their customer service, agent Anthony said to give you Reference # 200 910-** ** 41. This microwave should have lasted longer than 8.5 months; he said you should be able to do something for me about this. Thank you!
