Mi Reembolso

Yo hice una reserva con CANCELON la cual tuve que cancelar por el COVID 19 ellos me dijeron que mi reembolso seria efectivo dentro de 2 semanas eso fue Marzo 19 y hoy es Abril 16 y nada ,no hay forma de comunicarse con ellos ya que el numero del Costumer Service no funciona ni tampoco su pagina WEB.No se que mas hacer es una falta de respeto total a los clientes .
