I absolutely hate this company it is the worst I’ve ever had i never get messages my messages never send my internet never works unless I’m by one of there stores where I’m assuming they have network extenders but just say i love in a spot where it doesn’t work so you mean the entire city of Phoenix is the spot where my phone doesn’t work but for some magical reason i get he best service standing in your store the last 3 phones I’ve had have had software issues i had to send them back be phoneless for weeks and pay on top of that never got my service credited the weird thing if i try to call there stores or customer service my phone just stops the call I’m at my breaking point i want to legally be able to shove the phone i have up one of there *** and make them dance I’m so aggravated with this service I’ll pay more if it actually works !!!!!!!
