Metro Mini Storage is unethical and will rip you off

Representative put wrong unit on my contract and told me I would be responsible for the 140 dollars to transfer my contract over to the right unit. District Manager does not return phone calls, website does not return emails, customer calls you back after the 15th voicemail and tells you off saying that they have a signed contract and no matter what you do they will continue to charge your card. They refuse to give out corporate's number. And even with the one month free sale I got if I gave my notice to vacate they would still not give me back any money. No refunds no exceptions. Their lock is still on the until and I do not have access to it. They do not care. They just want your money. I had to get a new debit card and cancel the charges with my bank. Metro Mini Storage just said fine then we'll just have to screw up your credit. Worst business i have ever encountered!!
