I left my portable GPS in the car for service dropoff. Picked up the car the next day, the GPS was not there. The guy said to call the next day to see if they have it. Its been 2 months I have called many times and each time they either refer me to someone else or say they don't have it. If i'm giving them a $30k car to service with all expensive parts and all, why should I have to worry about a 200 dollar GPS device? My stupidity and forgetfulness but they employ people who are not trust worthy.... The service center people are neither helpful or concerned. I purchased my car from them 5 years back and have serviced it many times. I will not go back to them again.
