Me & my wife went to Metro Credit Union @ 365 Broadway , Chelsea branch ... MA , We been to this branch apply for open a new account twice . First time back in the 2012 apply for new account and I was rejected due to my ID is NY state , so I have to changed to MA state ID , So .. I have no interest in Open an account , I stay away this Credit Union , Since then..till.. Today ( Fed/ 24/ 2014 ) I'm back and trying to open an new account for my 5 months years son ... tough it was nice to give my son a saving future ! BUT it turn away my back again ! This time : You decide who's wrong or RACIAL Profile ? Me & my wife have a state MA Drive license plus other bank credit card , Since they required 02 form of ID to open an new account , So ..We did ..BUT We just moved 3 months ago from old address to new address... plus Our ID & State driver License did changed on the back of ID , BUT the Branch Manager ( Carlos Rodriguez ) Wouldn't Allowed us to open the new account and ask us to proved any bill to proved new address , We live in Project house , So our electric & Gas bill are included anyway , and our cell phone bill are prepaid ( NO Contract ) , So..We can only prove Bank statement were mail to us , Still they branch Manager ( Carlos Rodriguez ) REJECTED our application again !! This is what make me so mad..angry & outrageous . By the way Before we go to this Branch We did make a phone call toll free 1-800 number and ask about what document we should bring it and the Metro credit union customer service did told me to bring Sate ID and my Son birth Certificate and SSN . That's all !! I wont recommend this branch to any one nor any metro credit Union , I will stay away from this Credit Union , and I stick with my TD Bank , Since they are friendly and open a new account for my 6 months baby right away .
