Messi ordered 2 masks almost 2 months ago I paid $52.01 through my Visa, 2 months ago. I keep getting the exact same message “order is processing for shipping.” I want an answer.

I've sent numerous messages to find out what happened to the masks - were they shipped or not. I always get the same answer. One message said order was being shipped by the 16 of June. Please help.i
