I just bought a 2016 Yamaha V Star 950. The speedometer is off by 10 to 13 or so kilometers per hour it's faster. My friend on a BMW f 800 and my buddy on a Harley Softail both were complaining I was driving too slow their speedometer said the proper speed mine was off 13 km that day faster. In two months since I bought the bike it says I put 6400 km on it. All is I do is cruise up by Georgina Sutton Lake Shore it's not that far from my house maybe 30 km 40 km. I hope they resolve this problem I'm going to see them Saturday. But my warranty is going to expire a lot quicker than what it should. I paid extra for a 5 year warranty I think they want it gone in one year.
