Messed up order messed up websit

I placed an order that took 3 months to arrive and was sent to the wrong address. I attempted to reorder and website was unable to process my order without any explanation as to why. I attempted multiple credit cards and had no success. I like their products but will not be doing business with them again until they get their act together. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time ordering. They can't get it right.
