Messed up order

I ordered a Quartz Chime, they sent two and charged for two. Also they did not sent the speaker for the chimes. When I called they said to send the one clock back for credit and they would send a speaker. I did receive the speaker within a few days. I sent the clock back USPS with tracking. They received the clock, did not give refund. Now the have the clock and my money, how honest is that? Called the credit card company and they removed the charge, now waiting for a replay from Clock Parts. I think this guy operates out of a basement. When I call I always get an answering service. Do not buy from this company, they are a scam. This is only the second time in my life I have written a review..
