Message for Steve Delarge on customer “no help” service at Am Standard

Update by user Apr 21, 2020 I uploaded the picture of the toilet in question, twice, to no avail. ERrrrrrr! Original review posted by user Apr 21, 2020 Our Am Std model 2514.101 toilet has a small hole on the right side used to access the knobs that hold the long T-bolts that secure the toilet seat. The right side bolt came loose from the *** I called cust svc to report that it is impossible for one to go into that small hole to then turn one's arm immediately left then to the right and to then reach up 8 inches to screw the *** onto the bolt. I am thin and my arm could not do that gynmastics. There's no way my full size husband would ever get his arm in there. We are seniors with disabilities, to boot. The customer service agent couldn't help me, other than to tell me I had to "just go through hole". He then asked if I was on speaker and I replied yes as I am very hard of hearing. He sternly repeated the question. I got very angry and he hung up. I called back and spoke with Kieran (Keran??) in Ohio who was wonderfully helpful and understanding. He's a gem! He helped me resolve the issue. He told me that on his calls he applies maturity and empathy to resolve customer issues. That man should be promoted! User's recommendation: When calling Am Std customer service, ask for Kieran!
