I purchased one of the merchant plans at the end of July, 2016. When I inquired some questions by emails, it takes 5 days in some cases. I couldn't work with the company that has the worst customer service, and requested to refund, but refused, because refund request is within 48 hours. I filed complaints to BBB. I am wondering if the issue is resolved. I will report it to FTC or NY CA consumer protection departments until they issue a refund. The company telephone number doesn't show in contacts of OpenSky site. It shows only help for purchasing the plans.
