Update by user Nov 07, 2020 This company has completely stolen my money. Customer service has received all of my emails (3-4) and said they would be in touch. They have never settled the problem, refunded my money, or sent the product. Original review posted by user Oct 07, 2020 This is the 3rd time I have written you people about this and I have received no help from either you or Petacco. Order #12498, placed on 5/30/20', and never received the product. Petacco did tell me after my 1st complaint, that I would be receiving my order (this is after I demanded a refund), within two weeks. That was two months ago. User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company, for any reason.
