Merchandise Not Recieved, Refund Requested, her bank account is frozen
I purchased online CD's on 5/20/13. As of today 1 month later I still have not received them. These CD's were to be shipped from Camarillo to Ventura( about 15-20 miles), so I expected them in about a week to 10 days. When I finally opened a dispute with PayPal and the BBB. I was told the processing could take up to 17 days. Even my bank said reversal of charges could take 10 days. Bunny's explanation was that her PC was stolen, so she had no 'record' of my order, yet she offered to ship the set. At this point I just wanted a quick refund, as several people have told me these CD's are a waste of money. Much to my chagrin, she claims she cannot expedite my refund because PayPal has frozen her account. I even would have accepted a mailed money order or cashiers check. I question the validity that her PC was actually stolen, as she regularly posts on Facebook. I even went as far as to tell her I was going to report her to the DA's office, yet she still refuses to quickly refund me.
