I bought the above in sep as a birthday gift for my husband. Spend R3499 on it. The watch stopped working in Mar and I send it in for repairs. Now they phoning me with a quote of R495 for the replacement of a battery. Seriously...what makes this battery so special? This watch is still under guarantee. A battery of R50 last more than 4 years if not longer. I'm done doing business with this store. I bought all my watches and my husband's watches at this store. I've got a laybye for a ring for over R20k which I will be cancelling. This is not the first time that they ripping me off. What are the guarantee for the?
