membership / money from my account for a year

For an entire year Suntancity has been taking $88 from my bank account as a result of a sales associate mistake. I canceled my membership but the associate failed to process the cancellation completely and as a result, they kept autodrafting from my bank account. I have been trying for over 4 months to get my refund and STILL have not received it. BE CAREFUL and watch your memberships/account. If they screw up they do NOT care if they make it right. Horrible customer service.
