This is in regards to the Wilmington Delaware location on kirkwood Highway. Members standing at the counter for long periods of time just shooting the breeze with staff working. Which goes against the COVID guidelines. Lingering for an hour plus in some cases. Just makes ppl uncomfortable if they actually need something and seems like a waste of staff time
