Melbourne to Melbourne 2 weeks

Ordered and paid on 10 Dec said will be delivered on 18 Dec. called 3 times for following week every 2 days. I was advised I never called at the 2rd time. Last time Someone picked and had me transferred. The phone was cut-off without anyone pickup. 30 mins over the phone. Never got item since day one. No communication no courtesy call. Been threw from one person to the other. I don’t think they have anyone in the team has customer service.
