Medtronic does not care their customers

Medtronic is a poorly managed company with no customer care. Their "customer support" is a joke. They do not possess reliability and professionalism either. For the past few months, the critical supplies for my young daughter from Medtronic fell apart. I had to call Medtronic several times each month in order to receive supplies. And the supplies arrived months late. This month, again, my daughter's supplies were delayed. I had to call Medtronic 6 times, talking to 12 representatives and spending more than 4 hours. Still, we did not receive the supplies. No problem with our insurance, which has already approved for 6 months. Basically, dealing with Medtronic, you will realize that you are the only one that you can rely on. Because they are neither patients nor patients' families, they do NOT care. Whether it is a missing shipment or delay, they will just follow their bureaucracy. Who cares!
