Hi, I have logged a complaint on your website on the 05/11/2020. I have not received a response. Also there was no option for me to send pictures via your website. I have had numerous issues with your medium cream fresh milk. I did not complain. It goes thick & sour after a day of opening & being in the refrigerator. On tuesday I opened a 500ml bottle - today it thick & sour. Today I bought a 250ml - upon opening the bottle - I found that it is spoilt. I have enclosed pictures - I also have the 500ml bottle with the spoiled milk if you would like to have it collected. I returned the 250ml to the canteen. The expiry dates on these is 12 & 13 nov 2020. Why is clover not supplying full cream fresh milk in 500ml & 250ml?
