Medical Disposable

We imported medical disposables quantity 1, 166, 000 from the company we have specified above. We made 100% payment before dispatch and all the shipping documents show same quantity but while we check the goods the quantity is short by 159, 871 pieces whose value is $ 8793. When we informed supplier he denied to pay us amount and quantity.
