Medical cancellation

1

I've been trying to reach someone for weeks now to get the steps moving for me to cancel my membership. I have all the medical papers required. I've sent emails to the cancellation email I was provided and nothing. I've reached out to the manager several times and now they aren't responding. I've emailed and called the headquarters in NY and nothing. I'm to the point where I'm going to send a certified letter to the studio explaining that they are no longer authorized to make any further automatic withdrawals from my bank account. I'm then going to my bank to let them know this withdrawal will no longer be approved. I'm not sure what the fall-out will be with this, but when they won't respond to a customer that is trying to handle the matter appropriately, then I have no choice but to look out for myself. I enjoyed the classes while doing them, but due to an ankle injury I'm restricted. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response from this location. It makes me really wish I had not gotten talked into this.
