AVOID McAlarney;s Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas in Marietta Ohio! They billed me for additional services after our contract had been completed. Purchase a pool and paid my contract but was sent a bill about 6 weeks ago for additional services and they stated that I approved additional services in my original contract. Looking at my contract from May I see nothing where I asked for additional services. Nothing I can do other than pay it or else they said non payment will go on my credit reports. immediately after they sent the bill they sent some kind of a notice stating that if my bill wasn't paid right away they would send this to collections.Feels like being strong armed to pay something I never agreed to pay in the first place. Pls avoid this company they have contracts w/ambiguous statements that could be construed as approving services you never had an idea that you were getting.
