Mazda is above the court of LAW

2

I have video documented proof of an issue occurring while in warranty and all searched of the issue were "it's intermittent and goes away" of which my issue appeared to go away. Fast forward 50 days and the issue reared its head fiercely. I call Mazda and they say I'm out of warranty, I exclaim that I have video that shows it IN warranty when the issue arose. Mazda's answer "We don't take video as evidence of an issue". Oh...so you don't accept video as admissible evidence but if I take you to court you would have to accept it as admissible? COME ON! Additionally, because I don't pay $100 for them to change my oil they don't see me as a customer because I haven't serviced my car since 2016 otherwise they would have found this issue. No...you wouldn't have because mine was electronics. I've purchased 2 Mazda's brand new. I will never buy Mazda again. I got treated like trash and their "good will" was a discount o $900 to $300. Subaru for life from now on. Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse impact. It's not like I was YEARS out of warranty
