Terrible company. prolonged sales pitch that I was stupid enough to fall for. When product caused allergy, it was impossible to get any satisfaction. i tried many phone calls and found the phone service almost impossible. When I finally connected to a living person, I was given information almost impossible to follow. I did not see the no refund policy until I had signed the credit slip. These items were purchased at Hilo Hatties in Maui and when I called the store, was told they were not responsible as they didn't own Triffoire. I shall let Hilo Hatties know they are renting space to an unreliable company
