1. Purchased 12/13/20 2. Delivered/Installed 12/18/20 3. Problems start early January 4. Called Maytag who had Guinco do service call on 1/29/21 5. Guinco determined that Motor/Control/Cam/Belt were defective and needed to be replaced 6. Set appointment to replace for 2/26/21 (said parts were hard to get) 7.Guinco called on 2/25/21 to cancel appointment indicating that Motor was still not in. Further, they would contact us when it came in. I asked them to determine when the last date was that their Parts dept. received a Motor. On March 1, 2021, they informed us they have not received a Motor since January. 8. On March 2, 2021, called Maytag Cust. Svc. We left our number for a "call back." A CS Rep did call back, we explained the history and they asked to put us on "hold" to see the "notes" on our file. After 5 minutes, we were disconnected, with no call back.
